What exactly is TrainingDen?
An AI rehearsal room for treatment coordinators. They practice patient conversations by text — booking consults at the lower levels, closing cases at the higher ones — against simulated patients who stall, hide their real objection, and go cold under pressure. Every rep is scored and coached.
How much time does it take?
A rep is about ten minutes on a phone. Two to four a day, between patients. There's nothing to schedule and no seminar.
How do I know it's working?
Your dashboard shows each coordinator's level, trend, and win rate — and the win conditions are strict: a soft yes never counts as booked. You'll also see a team heatmap of objection strengths and weaknesses, which usually teaches owners something about their own process.
Does it use my patient data?
No. Every patient in TrainingDen is simulated. Nothing from your practice management system, your patients, or your conversations is used.
What does $250/month include?
Everything, for the whole practice: unlimited coordinators, unlimited sessions, all ten levels, and the owner dashboards. No per-seat pricing.
Can I use it when hiring?
Yes — invite a candidate and watch them run three reps. You'll learn more than any interview question will tell you.
Does it replace a sales course?
Courses teach what to say — then the knowledge evaporates because nobody gets reps. TrainingDen is a development system: your team attempts, gets scored, gets coached, and climbs. A course is an event. This is how someone actually becomes an expert.
Can this really take a beginner to expert?
That's the design. Level 1 is a warm patient and a simple booking with forgiving coaching. Level 10 is a guarded patient holding a $50,000 quote who goes cold at one pushy line — and knowing when not to close is graded too. Nobody skips levels; a coordinator at the top has earned every rung with scored conversations. What we promise is the system and the visibility — you'll watch the climb happen on your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly, no contract — cancel in a click and you're never charged again. The first 14 days are free; nothing bills until day 15.
Is my boss reading everything I write?
Your practice admin can see your scores, progress, and sessions — that's the point of team training, and honest answer, yes, they can review a session. What we've built the dashboards around is coaching, not surveillance: owners see readiness and trends first, and sessions are private practice space in spirit — the place you're allowed to get it wrong.
I've never done sales. Will I drown?
You start at Level 1: warm patients, simple cases, forgiving coaching. The ladder only gets harder as you earn it.
I've done this for ten years. Is this beneath me?
Run one Level 7 rep and tell us. The patients up there notice scripted lines, contradict themselves, and go cold on one pushy message. Veterans are exactly who we built the top of the ladder for.
Where do the scenarios come from?
From veteran treatment coordinators at high-volume, consult-driven practices — the objections, the stalls, the went-quiet patients they've actually handled. If you're one of those people, see the contributor note on the For Coordinators page.
